We look at Hosea chapter 2:1-13 and study Gomer’s idolatry (v.1-5a), ingratitude (v. 5b-9) and hypocrisy (v. 10-13). How have we done similar things in our lives? to whom or what have we entrusted our lives to that is inadequate or inappropriate? To whom or what have we given the credit to that actually belongs to God himself? In what ways have we abandoned God, our first love?
